Affinity Homeowners Association (AFFI) and Affinity Condominium Owners Association (AFCO) or
Affinity Homeowners Association (AFFI) and Revo Homeowners Association (REVO)
Current HOA Fees (as of 4/24/2025) - Due the first of every month.
AFFI - $111.00
AFCO - $224.00
REVO - $140
You need the following information BEFORE you make any payment.
A valid email on your account - for Online payments through our payment provider*
Your Management Company ID: 1114
Association ID: AFFI and AFCO or REVO
Property Account Number: Located on Welcome Letter Previously Emailed*
*Use the Request Form button if you need some information. Please include property address and owner information to confirm ownership. We are unable to give information to renters.
There are 3 payment options:
Online bill pay through your own bank
Write checks and mail
Online payments (thorough our payment provider)
Setup up different Bill Pay for each Association and include the proper property account number.
Use the first line of each address (in italic) as the payee.
